10 months ago, STARK Group acquired Saint Gobain Building Distribution in UK, says ben Johnson, CEO BML Digital – “This was a complex Workday implementation, migrating from a highly-customised legacy Peoplesoft instance, owned by the divesting company. And this was alongside the overall separation program and inevitable dependencies to get Saint-Gobain Building Distribution wholly separated and integrated to STARK! BML led the project management and testing, working closely with partners Kainos and Alight along with the core STARK team.”
The outcome? Record time to go live, a delighted 8,000 staff, minimal post-go live issues. A great success for everyone involved.
